Why will India Have a Better Future Than China

Most people would agree that both India and China have a number of similar aspects: Asia country, huge population, developing country, and enormous gap between rich and poor.

However, I believe these two countries are moving to two different directions. Have to say, India is walking on a bright way, slowly but correctly; China is running on a roundabout, trying to go back to decades or event hundreds ago, which is understandable that the history of China is always a dynasty after another dynasty.

Pretty sure some people will disagree with my prediction because Chinese people are too rich to be ignored around the world. Rich is a good measurement of success, right? Please take Donald Trump as an example.😝 Unfortunately, you have to ask where the money come from before you reckon China is a super successful developing country. And I hope we all, more or less, believe that money cannot represent everything.

Before I go any further, allow me to compare two similar events happened in both countries days ago.

In India: A traffic police stop president's convoy and give a higher priority to an ambulance. The police said “As it was an emergency case, I allowed the ambulance to pass the junction immediately after passing the message to senior officials. As there was enough space and time to let the ambulance pass, I decided to allow it before the convoy passed the area,” Gladly, the police got a reward from India government.

In China: A pregnant woman and her husband in a car on the way to hospital for giving birth. Blocked by police for 40 minutes. The husband asked for 3 times and got the same rude answer, "Leaders are in those cars, must let leaders' car pass through first!"

What can we get from the comparison? India police is working for the people and conscience is deep inside public and government; But China police is working for the leaders only and humanity is the last thing they will think about. Ironically, all the name of China government institutions include PEOPLE in it, such as People's Police, People's Soldier, People's Military, People's Government, People's Court, and so on. Sadly, none of them is willing to serve the people.

In China, everybody only works for their leader. There is no democracy in this country and real votes are not exist, which means leader can make any decision (including ridiculous ones) on anything (including human lives). Those officers who work for the government do not care about the people at all and make their leader satisfied is the highest priority in their life. They are willing to do anything except serving the people because this is the only way to become to a leader. As a leader, you have absolute power to grab money, sleep with beauties, and kill without real penalty. For those people without power, money become their only purpose because money is the only thing can be used to communicate with power, to buy their own comfort and safety for the moment.

As a result, more and more money has been taken away by the those ones running the government in China. It is a main reason why there are so many rich Chinese shopping around the world. And you should know they are less than 10 percents of China population. Most of their money does not come from the bright way. In China, you have to have dirty relationship with the government in one way or another if you want to be rich. In another words, by drinking the blood of the rest of 90 percents. Then, it is not hard to understand why those 90 percents want to become the 10 percents.

In current China society, everyone care about nothing except money. How is it possible to find a positive future for them? They poison the each others' food for lowest cost and highest benefit, ruin the environment for quick money, and wall the internet to cage the freedom. In fact, they do not believe in the system as well. Saving money oversea and getting a permanent resident visa from western world are quiet popular in this country.

Although India has its own problems at the moment, universal values will lead them closer and closer to the western civilization eventually. In contrast, China's next stop, is more like another dynasty.

Make Your Own JavaScript Codes Work on Blogger

As a blog platform, Blogger try to make blog writing as simple as paper writing. People do not need to draft the whole web-site from a very beginning. Without complicated HTML, CSS, JavaScript conceptions and understanding, we still can write articles to publish them with all kinds of variable Blog templates supplied by Blogger. Have to say, those templates work very well, which can make your blog looks quite professional. By the way, Blogger now call templates Theme.

Of course, there are some disadvantages of Blog Templates. One of them is that how to make your blog your style. The good news is, Blogger do allow you to go further to personalize your blog pages. There are many ways to achieve this target:

1. Blogger allow you to use some gadgets from Blogger and 3rd-party. In this way, you have a lot choices and no choice as well. It depends on your personal taste and interests. We do not need to focus on this one too much.

2. To modify the Theme. You can add JavaScript and CSS into your blog pages after modifying the Theme you are using. Surely enough, you need some HTML knowledge to light it. And this is the way we are heading.
d3js and underscore have been added into the Theme

Once you put the JavaScript codes , libs and CSS you want to use into the Theme, you are ready to rock. From now on, you are able to inject dynamic effects you love in your blog pages. I should mention, those JavaScript codes, libs and CSS should be able to be visited through Internet. Google Drive could be a nice place to hold them:)

For mobile version, we need to select "custom" to make the custom theme available for mobile devices.

One more thing you need to know, when you add some JavaScript codes into your blog page directly, Make sure your code are enclosed between CDATA section. Here is a example:

Rural Children Suffer from Slow Cognitive Development in China

According to REAP's research, IQ test results show children in rural areas of China suffer from slow cognitive development. Stanford University study shows 50 percent of the children between 6 and 30 months scored below the average in IQ tests.

The direct causes look like pretty clear: poor parenting and lack of nutrition. Children's parents are all normally working in big China cities which have more labour requirements and higher salary. But the disadvantage is that they have to leave their home far away and leave their children behind with elderly people. Although most of those elderly people are children's grandparents, but they do not have much knowledge about how to raise the kids in a educational way. The main purpose is to feed the kids and make sure children do not feel hungry, which means enough calory but nutrition. As to intelligence development, what we can expect if the children have no books to read, no songs to hear, no games to play, and even no stranger to see.

Whom should we blame? Parents? Why they do not take their children with them to the big cities? Grandparents? Why they do not give a better way to raise children? From my perspective, They are all victims.

First of all, the local government of modern cities do not supply any education services for these children who have no birth certificates from these cities. There is such social benefits for them at all because they are foreign population. Although those parents contribute a lot to build the cities.

Secondly, there is no much basic facilities and services supplied by the rural area governors. How to make rural people a better life is the last thing they will think about. And how to extract money from the land has the highest priority.

Thirdly, the grandparents believe to feed the kids and keep them alive is the most important thing to do. And that is what they got before. One of the grandparent speak to a researcher: I have raised five kids. Do I need your advice to bring up child?

China government recently got rid of One Child Policy for rising the number of next generation. Unfortunately, without related public services to fix these problems, what kind of future ahead this country and those rural areas.
